Regional Committee Member - RCM

Regional Committee Member (RCM  (formerly known as the ASR): The RCM is our link to the Eastern NY Regional Service Committee (ENYRSC) and the ENYRSC's link to the NASC. The RCM is responsible for providing information on the activities within our region, to report any regional information relevant to NASC affairs, and inform the ASC on issues being discussed and/or voted on at various levels of service. The RCM is a voting member of the Regional Service Committee. The RCM works closely with the Regional Delegate. Alternate RCM: Assists the RCM in gathering information from the region, and ensures all points of view are properly presented to the ASC. The Alternate RCM may vote at ENYRSC meetings and give reports to the ASC in the RCM's absence.
